Do as you like, sort through the options (tilt or bow your head, take a deep breath or exhale, hold your breath for a moment, etc.), the main thing is to find this feeling of inner comfort, in which your will begins to influence the automation of movement. The implementation of the desired ideoreflex movement will indicate that the desired state has been found. Otherwise, this movement will not work.

You can do this with your eyes open or closed. Choose how easy it is.

This is a very simple way to check yourself for being stubborn: if your hands remain motionless, then you should do some ordinary physical exercises to remove the nerve clamps, and then try this ideoreflex technique again.

If your hands get tired, lower them, shake. Then try again.

If it doesn’t work, don’t overdo it, but go to another method.

At the same time, you can lower your arms, fold them on your chest or hold them as you like.

After several repetitions, this exercise starts to work out easily.

The main thing is to find a pleasant rhythm of vibrations. This is a rhythm from which one does not want to leave, because at the same time the nerve clips are removed.

At the same time, nervous tension is removed and a feeling of deep spiritual and physical peace, internal balance arises, thoughts begin to flow smoothly and calmly, without “hitting” us.

Against this background, even the most complex things are easily and calmly thought of, and sore psychological problems are naturally resolved.

Let us recall, for example: the mother of a child lulls with such swings, such rhythmic swings often arise in people during prayers, so it sways us in a carriage, in a car.

No one ever falls. But if you are afraid to fall, you can put your legs wider or stand with your back to the wall, sofa.

If a loss of coordination occurs during wiggle, then by training with the same technique, an improvement in coordination occurs. To do this, in moments when you may be drifting away, give these pushes a beautiful shape. This is easy to do through minor volitional efforts.

Such an exit should be performed when a cheerful mood is required; do not do so just before bedtime, otherwise you will be able to work again as “on the second shift”.

For those who want to get rid of insomnia, it is not necessary to practice the KEY just before bedtime. Its regulatory healing effect during educational and rehabilitation trainings will also improve night sleep.

But if you perform tricks before going to bed, then when you exit the state of self-regulation, tune in to a pleasant sleep, exit the procedure with a relaxed feeling, with a nap, with a desire to sleep.

The number of components involved is regulated depending on the complexity of the task and the initial state of health.

So, for example, if you have a crucial day tomorrow, a meeting, an exam, and you are very excited, and the use of one or two ideoreflective key techniques does not immediately give the effect of emancipation and self-confidence, you should recall a more complete training: do warm-up exercises, repeat ideoreflex tricks, etc.

- On the contrary, your internal balance, your homeostasis, that is, the constancy of the internal environment of the body, is preserved in this way, with the help of the body's defensive reactions - by raising blood pressure, increasing the heart rate. So the body, mobilizing its resources, maintains its internal balance.

- So, if you tremble in the cold and sweat in the heat, you need not to overcome, but to strengthen these reactions? Where, then, is composure?

- Self-control is different! This is when we help the body cope with the problem faster and better! And therefore, going to the dentist, for example, it would be a mistake to suggest to yourself that there will be no pain, that you have no pain sensitivity!

- Like this? But I really want to control myself, so as not to be afraid, to be able to eliminate pain! What do you need to inspire yourself so that there is no pain?

- In any case, you need to respond adequately, that is, as nature requires, and help nature to cope with the problem! This often happens in other cases when we ourselves (or even doctors), without immediately understanding the essence of the disease, are in a hurry to remove the syndrome of protective reactions of the body, believing that this is a disease, and thereby aggravate the disease itself.

- How is this done in practice?

- I will give an interesting example. I was engaged in thermal imaging diagnostics. Using a thermal imager, I determined which half of the person’s nose is warmer. It turns out that the two halves of the surface of the nose have a different temperature, which ranges up to 1.5 ° C, depending on the condition of the person. This effect of temperature asymmetry is known to everyone involved in thermal imaging diagnostics. But in this case, as they say, the case helped - the patient had high blood pressure, and I decided to create a balance - to bring balance: to warm the colder half of the surface of the nose to equalize the temperature difference between the left and right halves of the nose and thereby try to reduce pressure.

- So what?

- The pressure jumped even more!

If you are tensed with fear, feel constrained, it is better to overcome it. It is necessary to quickly “scroll” this fear - instantly strain even more, this helps to relieve tension and free the will.

Special training to increase resistance to upcoming stress is as follows.

You use the KEY and relax, and against the background of a relaxed state, mentally imagine what causes fear.

Observe the response of tension (heartbeat, stiffness of muscles, changes in breathing, etc.). Against the background of a relaxed state, this stress reaction is diagnosed more clearly, as in the coordinate system.

Now you remove this response stress with ordinary physical exercises, dissolve this fear with a warm-up, neck massage.

Then, when the tension subsided, and you have restored a comfortable state, are full of strength and energy, repeat the image that causes tension.

And again, relieve stress by warm-up exercises.

In case of arising tensions (or when reflex receptions are not obtained), you need to inhale and exhale. Repeat this several times. So the skill is formed to relieve stress by inhalation and exhalation.

In ordinary life, people relieve tension. But after using this element during training with the KEY, the effectiveness of inspiration and expiration as a means of protection against stress increases.

After 2-3 repetitions of such exercises in training with the KEY, the image of the stimulus ceases to cause an undesirable stress response not only during training, but also in real life.

Your psychological stability has increased. In addition, you will notice that you become less tired and more successfully overcome various stressful situations, master yourself faster.

This method of training in the KEY system is called “anti-stress training”, which must be carried out in conjunction with the elements of the comfort procedure, starting the training with the intention that as a result of the training a sensation of vigor, fullness of strength and energy should appear.

How do methods arise

A person becomes a person, overcoming difficulties with dignity.

Methods are a "continuation" of a person.

These are methods that are invented by people with the original spirit of inner freedom, who, through their work, try to overcome the obstacles that impede this freedom.

These inventions are then used by others.

For example, my friend Igor Chizhikov, whom we have already talked about, created a brilliant technique for setting articulation in teaching foreign languages.

Then I noticed that his initial articulation from birth was apparently rather weak, and he “harmonized” it, creating a teaching methodology for others. We need to see how he teaches: he glows, like his students, because at the time of using the technique they are liberated internally and easily and quickly learn through efforts combined with pleasure.

I was born free. When he was little, he looked at the clouds and dreamed, and the life ahead seemed huge and beautiful, most importantly, he thought, grow up soon!

But we remember another thing: how we stood, for example, in the corner and thought: I’ll die, then you will know!

My inner freedom was constrained by the initial nervous tension, and I created a method that helps a person manage his condition.

You know your freedom when you want something. And if you live without aspirations and desires, there is more than enough freedom around.

As soon as you want something, you immediately encounter difficulties. And all your life you learn to overcome them.

What Buddha didn’t know

“Birth is suffering, life is suffering, death is suffering,” said the Buddha, and all his life he sought nirvana - a special condition in which a person is freed from earthly passions and addictions.

For a very long time, people did not understand what this meant, and tried to look for nirvana by means of violence against themselves: they performed penance, starved themselves, even tried not to breathe, etc.

The progress of thought, proceeding from a person’s thirst for freedom, finally led to the stage when it became clear that it was impossible to achieve complete happiness by affirming spiritual values \u200b\u200bby denying material values \u200b\u200b- violence against the nature of the body.

Happiness needs balance.

This understanding made it possible to realize that in order to free oneself from addictions one should not “kill” one’s body for the sake of freedom of spirit, but achieve harmony of body and spirit. And then the addictions disappear on their own, naturally, without any violence against themselves.

Then they still did not know that this nirvanic state can be obtained immediately if one finds an action corresponding to the current state of the brain, for example, by enumerating techniques according to the KEY principle. They didn’t know then, because at the time of Buddha such technology did not exist yet.

Now that this criterion for individual selection of techniques is open, a tool for working on oneself becomes available to everyone.
